This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of [December 8th, 2024], by and between [Digital Solutions and Services] ("Service Provider") and the individual or entity purchasing services ("Client"). This Agreement is subject to change without notice. Please review it periodically for updates.
The Service Provider agrees to provide the following digital solutions and services:
All fees for services are outlined in the invoice or quote provided. Payments are processed through Stripe and are non-refundable due to the nature of digital information. Once services are delivered, refunds or cancellations are not permitted.
This Agreement begins on the date of payment and continues until services are completed or terminated as specified in the service order. Either party may terminate the Agreement if the other breaches material terms.
The Service Provider agrees to deliver services professionally, maintain confidentiality, and ensure all deliverables meet agreed-upon standards.
The Client agrees to provide necessary information, make timely payments, and provide feedback on deliverables.
All materials provided remain the intellectual property of the Service Provider unless stated otherwise. The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information disclosed during the service period.
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. The total liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client.
This Agreement is subject to change without notice. The latest version of the Agreement will be made available to Clients.
By purchasing services, the Client agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
